Eleanor was born in Kentucky on May 28, 1942 to the late Elmer and Thelma Faircloth Collister.  She had retired from Barry Manufacturing in Goldsboro.  Following her retirement, Eleanor began working in the gardening center at Walmart in Rosewood.A service to celebrate Eleanor’s life will be held on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home followed by a time a visitation.  At other times the family will be at, 3698 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro.Eleanor is survived by her son, Timothy Anderson and wife Lisa of Goldsboro; daughter, Wendy Mitchell and husband Jesse Earl Mitchell Jr. of Goldsboro; grandchildren, Ryan Mitchell and wife Caraleigh, Cassidy Corbett and husband Chris, and Jason Mitchell; and a great-granddaughter, Conleigh Mitchell.  She is also survived by three sisters and one brother.
